1. Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack Your Return: Please securely package the item and include your RA number in the package.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products.
  • Gift cards or digital downloads.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with a description and photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or refund based on the situation.
